Terms & Conditions – nVent HOFFMAN Tough Duck Jacket Contest

Eligibility — Open to Ontario residents aged 19 or older who are customers in good standing of Province Electric Inc. Employees, representatives, and agents of Province Electric Inc., nVent HOFFMAN, their affiliates, agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.

Contest Period — The contest runs to February 28, 2026 (11:59 p.m. ET).

Qualifying Products — All nVent HOFFMAN products and accessories purchased from Province Electric Inc. during the contest period qualify for entries.

Entries —

• Every $1,000 (before tax) spent on qualifying products earns one (1) contest entry.
• Online purchases made through province-electric.com earn two (2×) entries for every qualifying $1,000.
• There is no entry limit. Additional entries increase the odds of winning.
• Entries are verified using internal sales and e-commerce records.
• Province Electric Inc. reserves the right to void fraudulent, incomplete, or ineligible entries.

No Purchase Necessary — To enter without purchase, mail a plain-paper entry including your name, company, address, phone number, and a 50-word statement describing how your company uses nVent HOFFMAN products to:

Mailed entries must be postmarked by February 28, 2026, and received by March 7, 2026. Each mailed entry equals one (1) contest entry.

Prizes — A total of one hundred (100) prizes will be awarded.

Each winner will receive one (1) Tough Duck insulated work jacket (approx. retail value up to $125 CAD).

Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and must be accepted as awarded. Province Electric Inc. may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Size Availability — Province Electric Inc. will make every effort to accommodate winner size preferences using commonly stocked sizes. However, specific sizes cannot be guaranteed, and final size distribution will depend on available inventory at the time prizes are fulfilled.

Colour Availability — Winners may receive either a brown or black Tough Duck jacket. Colour selection is determined solely by Province Electric Inc. based on available inventory. No colour requests will be accepted.

Draw & Notification — Random draws will be held in March 2026 from all eligible entries.

Selected winners will be contacted by phone or email within ten (10) business days.

Before receiving a prize, winners must correctly answer a skill-testing question and may be required to sign a declaration and release confirming eligibility and consent to publicity.

Failure to respond within 14 days may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Liability & Conduct — Province Electric Inc. is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, delays, or circumstances beyond its control.

Participants are responsible for their own conduct and safety.

Province Electric Inc. assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, or expenses arising from participation or prize use.

Taxes & Additional Costs — Any taxes, fees, or personal expenses related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Indemnity — By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Province Electric Inc., nVent HOFFMAN, their affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising from participation or use of any prize.

Publicity — By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, company, and/or image for reasonable promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Privacy — Personal information collected is used solely for contest administration and will not be shared or sold.
