Manufactured from low-carbon steel, EMT offers a balance of mechanical strength, light weight, and ease of installation. All sizes listed below conform to UL 797 and ANSI C80.3 dimensional requirements and are recognized under the National Electrical Code® (NEC Article 358) for use as an equipment grounding conductor when properly installed.
