Empire 31-151 is a premium, 3-layer, detectable underground tape that is used for locating and protecting underground utilities. It has a foil, middle layer that can be detected through conductive or inductive methods, as deep as 36 in. with proper detection equipment. This product is proudly made in the U.S.A with environmentally safe materials to meet different regulations. Meets APWA color requirements with vivid and long-lasting color.
