Description

present, HPS general-purpose encapsulated transformers offer a

The core and coil are completely encapsulated in epoxy and silica.
This provides excellent protection against airborne particles and
moisture build-up inside the transformer enclosure, significantly
reducing the risk of operational interruptions.

This precise engineering lets you effortlessly supply stable power to standard commercial controls, auxiliary circuits, and low-voltage industrial equipment directly from your high-voltage distribution lines.
- Delivering a reliable 0.50 kVA continuous power rating, this general-duty distribution transformer is highly optimized for light industrial workloads, commercial instrumentation panels, and building automation relays.
- Engineered with a rugged NEMA 3R enclosure and wrapped in an ANSI 61 grey finish, this commercial potted transformer is fully optimized for harsh environments. The core and copper coils are completely encapsulated in an electrical-grade silica sand and epoxy resin compound, sealing out moisture, dust, and corrosive airborne particulates to permanently eliminate wind-driven deterioration.
- Featuring a compact NQ21 case style measuring just 9.30" H x 5.06" W x 4.56" D and weighing only 21.6 lbs, this transformer allows for fast, standalone wall-mount integration via rear keyhole mounting slots. The integrated, front-accessible wiring compartment includes convenient side and rear conduit knockouts, giving your team plenty of hand-room to route the tinned copper lead wires without twisting or straining connections.
