Unlike ventilated transformers, this unit is "potted" with a silica sand and resin compound that completely seals the core and coils. This design makes it the gold standard for Canadian commercial and light industrial applications where the unit might be exposed to moisture, airborne dust, or corrosive contaminants.
The C1F005LES features a dual-voltage primary (240 x 480 VAC) and a dual-voltage secondary (120/240 VAC). This configuration allows you to step down power from common industrial supplies to standard 120/240V for lighting, tools, and office equipment. Its versatility ensures it fits a wide variety of power distribution needs across Canada.
