Description
REAC 2.7A 10.61MH 60HZ CU C&C
Features
- Specially engineered for the line or load side of Variable Frequency Drives, the HPS Centurion® R CRX02D7AC attenuates harmful voltage spikes and current surges before they reach sensitive drive electronics. This 3% nominal impedance filtering prevents disruptive overload faults, reduces line notching, and shields upstream power lines from harmonic distortion generated by rapid switching.
- Boasting an exact 10.61 mH inductance loop and a 3% nominal impedance at 600V, this 2.7-amp device limits massive transient inrush currents before they ever hit your rectifier. This robust front-line filtration actively suppresses line transients and power grid noise, fundamentally preventing costly, unexpected drive trips and eliminating sudden factory floor downtime.
- Every unit is completely sealed with vinyl-toluene (VT) polyester resin using an advanced VPI process to maximize structural rigidity and moisture resistance. This industrial-grade processing locks down the laminations, effectively neutralizing annoying audible hum and lowering structural noise levels down to 58–75 dBA inside control panels.
- When deployed on the output side of an IGBT-based, PWM-type AC drive, this high-performance copper reactor directly moderates severe voltage reflection transients. This smooths out incoming signals to reduce audible high-frequency motor noise and lower standard coil operating temperatures, dramatically stretching the physical lifespan of your expensive 2 HP motors.
