- The Hubbell Iberville TES2 staples are engineered with a smooth, flat crown specifically designed to secure non-metallic sheathed cable to wood studs. Unlike standard nails, the wide-bridge design distributes pressure evenly, preventing the staple from "pinching" or cutting the outer insulation—a critical safety feature for preventing arc faults in Canadian residential wiring.
- These 1-inch x 1/2-inch staples are the industry standard for securing 2-conductor and 3-conductor NMD90 cables. Whether you are roughing in a standard 15-Amp lighting circuit with 14-gauge wire or a 20-Amp kitchen branch with 12-gauge wire, the TES2 provides a consistent, snug fit that keeps cables organized and secure.
- Manufactured from high-carbon steel, TES2 staples feature sharp, pointed tips that easily penetrate both new construction spruce and seasoned, hard-wood framing.
