Province Electric Supply Return Policy

We value your business and strive to ensure a seamless experience. If you need to return a product, please review the following policy:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Standard stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required. Contact us to request one.

2. Non-Returnable Products

  • Custom cut wire and cable.
  • Special order and non-stock items.
  • Opened electrical components.
  • Products that are not in original saleable condition or packaging.

3. Restocking Fee

  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, unless otherwise negotiated between the customer and Province Electric Supply. When you request a return, we will notify you if the return is subject to any restocking charge.  

4. Return Process:

1. Contact our Returns Department at customer-returns@province-electric.com. Please include your contact details (name, phone number) including your order number and the item(s) that you would like to return.

2. Receive RMA# and shipping instructions.

3. Ship product to our distribution center within 14 days of RMA approval.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or otherwise negotiated.
  • Freight collect shipments will be refused.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection of the returned merchandise.
