1. Sponsor - The Leafs Ticket Giveaway (the "Contest") is run by Province Electric Supply ("Sponsor"), 6 - 425 Superior Blvd, Mississauga ON L5T 2W5. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or affiliated with, the Toronto Maple Leafs, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd., the Los Angeles Kings, the Vegas Golden Knights, the Tampa Bay Lightning, or the NHL.

2. Contest Period - The Contest runs from 12:00:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, October 16, 2026 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Thursday, December 10, 2026 (the "Contest Period").

The Contest Period is divided into three (3) draw periods:

Each draw period starts at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on its first day and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on its last day.

3. Eligibility - The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority. Employees of Sponsor, anyone involved in running the Contest, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

If you purchase on behalf of an employer, you are responsible for making sure your employer's policies allow you to enter and accept the prize.

4. How to Enter - With a purchase: Receive one (1) entry for every $500 CAD spent, before taxes and shipping, on Schneider Electric drives and soft starters ("Eligible Products") ordered at province-electric.com during the Contest Period. Only the value of Eligible Products counts toward entries; other products in the same order do not. Entries are added automatically and credited to the registered website user who placed the order. Partial amounts do not earn entries. Orders placed by phone, email, fax, or in branch do not qualify.

Without a purchase: Mail a postcard marked "Leafs Ticket Giveaway Entry" to 6 - 425 Superior Blvd, Mississauga ON L5T 2W5 with your full name, company name (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and email address. Each eligible postcard receives one (1) entry, with a limit of one (1) per person per draw period. Postcards are entered in the draw period in which they are received and must be received by the last day of that draw period. Postcards received after December 10, 2026 will not be entered. Incomplete or illegible entries are void.

Entries earned in a draw period are entered in that period's draw. Eligible entries not selected are carried forward into each remaining draw.

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who uses automated entry methods, multiple identities, or false information, or who otherwise violates these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, or misdirected.

5. Prizes - Three (3) prizes are available, one (1) per draw. Each prize is two (2) tickets to a Toronto Maple Leafs home game at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto (each a "Game"):

• Draw 1 prize: Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Los Angeles Kings, Thursday, November 19, 2026
• Draw 2 prize: Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Vegas Golden Knights, Saturday, December 12, 2026
• Draw 3 prize: Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Tampa Bay Lightning, Saturday, December 19, 2026

Each prize has an approximate retail value of $600 CAD (total approximate value of all prizes: $1,800 CAD). Tickets will be delivered electronically at least three (3) days before the Game.

Each prize includes the tickets only. The winner may bring a guest of their choice. Tickets are subject to the terms of the venue and ticket issuer and may not be resold. Limit of one (1) prize per person.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a Game is rescheduled, the tickets are valid for the new date. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described.

6. Draws and Odds - One (1) eligible entry will be selected by random draw on each draw date listed in Section 2 from all eligible entries in that draw. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Claiming the Prize - Sponsor will contact each selected entrant by phone or email, and they must respond within 24 hours of Sponsor's first contact attempt. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

• correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; and
• sign and return a Declaration and Release Form confirming they are eligible, have followed these rules, and accept the prize as awarded.

If a selected entrant cannot be reached, does not respond in time, does not meet these requirements, or is ineligible, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may draw another entry from the same draw.

8. Publicity and Privacy - By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to have their name, city, and company name shared in Contest announcements, including on Sponsor's website and social media, without compensation. Personal information collected for this Contest will only be used to run the Contest.

9. Liability and General Terms - By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its employees and agents from any liability related to the Contest or the prizes, including attendance at a Game. Sponsor is not responsible for technical or website errors. Sponsor may change, suspend, or cancel the Contest if fraud, technical problems, or other issues beyond its control affect it. Any changes will be posted on this page.

These rules are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Sponsor's decisions are final. If anything in Contest advertising differs from these rules, these rules apply.
