Description
Recessed 4" aperture ultra-shallow new construction housing for use with LED integrated trims. Suitable for 2x4 residential framing or shallow plenum commercial construction, type IC rated and can be used in direct contact with insulation. Airtight rating reduces airflow between living spaces and unconditioned areas providing additional energy savings. Use with Halo LT4, RL4, RA4, SMD4, SLD4 LED integrated trims and the ML4 LED modular recessed lighting system.
Features
- Housing adjusts in plaster frame to accommodate up to 1” ceiling thickness
- Compatible with most HALO 4" Recessed LED Trims/Modules
- Got Nail!™ Bar Hanger Bracket Pre-installed nail easily installs in regular lumber, engineered lumber and laminated beams
- Pass-N-Thru™ feature allows bars to cross-over for tool-less shortening in tight spaces less than 12” without removing from the plaster frame
- Slide-N-Side™ connectors allow non-metallic sheathed cable for both U.S. and Canada to be installed without tools and without removing knockouts
- 120-277V; Three 4-port push-in “Quick Connect” wire nuts included in junction box
- All HALO H Series housings meet Air-Tite code requirements
