Description
This Harmony XVU fixing plate is work with DC and AC base units. It contains base unit, support pole, and vertical fixing plate. This black fixing plate with support pole is designed as a mounting and fixing accessory for modular tower light. It allows fast and easy replacement of your signaling units via simple push-in terminals. It has a diameter of 60mm with a pole height of 400mm. It complies with CSA, UL, and CE standards and it has IP65 protection index. Simple modular design facilitates post installation servicing, modification and adaption of machines by non-specialists.
Features
- Designed as a 400mm (approx. 15.7 inches) mounting pole, this extension increases the height of your XVU series modular signal tower to ensure it clears surrounding machinery and obstructions. By elevating the light stack, you improve line-of-sight for machine operators and warehouse staff, ensuring critical status alerts and safety warnings are visible from across the factory floor.
- Manufactured from high-grade black anodized aluminum, this support tube offers superior structural rigidity compared to plastic alternatives. The corrosion-resistant finish is built to survive harsh manufacturing environments, preventing the signal tower from leaning or vibrating loose, which extends the lifespan of your LED modules and internal wiring.
- This pole is specifically engineered for a seamless mechanical and electrical connection with the XVUZ02 or XVUZ05 mounting bases. The tool-free, twist-and-lock design allows for rapid installation and reconfiguration, significantly reducing labor time during machine setup or when modifying your production line signaling requirements.
- The hollow-core design serves as a dedicated internal conduit, completely concealing and protecting the signal wires as they travel from the base to the light modules. This internal routing eliminates exposed cables that could be snagged by moving parts or degraded by industrial coolants, maintaining a professional, IP65-compliant installation that minimizes electrical fault risks.
