Features

This Schneider Electric Modicon terminal kit is precision-engineered as a direct-fit connection accessory for Modicon M172 Performance 28 I/O base controllers (such as the TM172PDG28R and TM172PBG28RI series). It acts as an exact factory-spec interface, allowing system integrators and HVAC-R field technicians to execute rapid control-board changeouts or new panel commissions without struggling with mismatched physical connectors.
Built as a two-piece removable assembly, these pluggable green plastic connectors allow the entire 28-circuit wiring harness to be unplugged intact from the controller chassis in just seconds. This eliminates the tedious process of disconnecting and labeling dozens of individual control wires during a device swap, drastically slashing maintenance downtime and preventing costly field-rewiring errors.
Designed to maintain the highly compact, space-conscious architecture of the Modicon automation platform, this low-profile connector set measures just 50 mm (1.97 in) in width, 80 mm (3.15 in) in depth, and 15 mm (0.59 in) in height.
