Description
PowerPacT L-Frame circuit breakers are designed to protect electrical systems from damage caused by overloads and short circuits. PowerPacT L-Frame circuit breakers are available with electronic trip units. All PowerPacT L-Frame circuit breakers are equipped with dual-break rotating contacts that reduce the amount of peak current during a short circuit fault. All PowerPacT circuit breakers have an integral push-to-trip button in the cover to manually trip the circuit breaker. PowerPacT L circuit breakers are available in 3 and 4-pole unit mount, I-Line, and drawout constructions. This PowerPacT L, 600A, 3 pole, circuit breaker has an interrupting rating of 50kA at 600VAC. This circuit breaker provides MicroLogic Standard with a 3.3 trip unit and an LI function. This unit has I-Line terminations on the line side and mechanical lugs on the load side. This circuit breaker has a continuous current rating of 80% with an ABC phase connection. PowerPacT L circuit breakers comply to UL, CSA, NOM, and IEC standards and are CE marked.

- The LLA36600U31X features a plug-on I-Line connection (with standard ABC phase configuration) designed for immediate integration into existing Square D I-Line panelboards and switchboards.
- This molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) comes factory-equipped with an advanced MicroLogic 3.3 electronic trip unit, providing precise, adjustable Long-Time and Instantaneous (LI) overcurrent protection. This solid-state precision allows commercial electricians and industrial engineers to fine-tune trip settings directly on-site, optimizing system coordination and preventing nuisance tripping caused by high-inrush motor currents.
- Boasting an ultra-high 'L' interrupting capacity code, this breaker delivers a massive short-circuit breaking capacity of 100 kAIC at 480VAC and 50 kAIC at 600VAC. Its robust current-limiting design utilizes dual-break rotating contacts to rapidly dissipate peak fault currents, ensuring complete downstream thermal-magnetic protection and preventing catastrophic damage to expensive industrial machinery.
- This 3-pole, 600A breaker is 80% continuous-current rated and features heavy-duty mechanical lugs on the load side that securely accept two wires ranging from 2/0 AWG to 500 kcmil aluminum or copper conductors. The dual-conductor termination capability guarantees secure low-resistance connections, optimal heat dissipation, and full compliance with strict Canadian electrical codes for high-amperage distribution.
