Description

This sensor is part of the XMLR range, an offer of electronic pressure sensors with a 4-digit display, for configuration functions and for fast diagnostic. The XMLR pressure sensors are designed for the the pressure control of a large number of fluids. This product has a pressure range of 0bar to 400bar, with a maximum permissible accidental pressure at 1200bar and a destruction pressure at 2400bar. Made of 316L stainless steel, this pressure sensor is compact and robust. It has an analogue output (4mA to 20mA). It is appropriate for controlling fresh water, air, hydraulic oil and refrigeration fluid. This pressure sensor features a compact plastic body, a G 1/4 DIN 3852-Y (female) 316L stainless steel fluid connector and a M12 electrical connector. It is suitable for moulding and thermoforming presses, injection machines, pneumatic systems and assembly machinery, hydraulic systems of lifting and handling equipment, pumping and fresh water treatment. It complies with CE, EAC, CULus certifications, and with EN/IEC 61326-2-3 and UL 61010-1 standards. Dedicated accessories, to be ordered separatly, are available to facilitate the setting of the pressure sensor. Cooler with G 1/4 A connections, fixing bracket, pre-wired connectors, jumper cables, etc. The body of the OsiSense XMLR pressure sensor can be turned through 300°, thus enabling the front face of the product to be orientated as required following connection to the pressure inlet pipe. The stainless steel 316L fluid entry and fibreglass impregnated polyacrylamide body provide the XMLR pressure sensors with excellent mechanical resistance, improved corrosion resistance and an P65/IP67 degree of protection.
