Mersen USBB UltraSafe bus bar systems are intended for use with UltraSafe Class CC (USCC) and Midget (USM) fuse holders. The USBB delivers safe and reliable combination of circuits in a compact design. Bus bar systems reduce installation time when compared to wire solutions, offer space savings and deliver touch-safe, shock resistant solutions to panel builders and designers. 1-, 2-, and 3-phase designs available.

- This power feed lug is purpose-built for seamless physical compatibility with Mersen UltraSafe Class CC (USCC) and Midget (USM) fuse holders. It integrates directly into your UltraSafe bus bar system without requiring modifications, saving valuable rail space and eliminating the need for bulky custom wiring components.
- Engineered for high-capacity applications, this feeder terminal carries a robust 115-Amp maximum current rating and supports up to 600 VAC or 1000 VDC. This broad threshold ensures dependable, continuous power distribution across industrial control circuits, commercial panels, and demanding solar string combiner boxes.
- The heavy-duty copper terminal accommodates a versatile wire range from 10 AWG up to 1/0 AWG copper conductors (60°C Cu). This generous range provides structural flexibility for feeding substantial main power lines, while the specified 50 lb-in torque rating guarantees a high-integrity, vibration-resistant connection that prevents hot spots.
- Built to satisfy rigorous commercial inspections, this terminal is UL Listed to Standard 508 (File E348854), CE approved, and IEC compliant. It boasts a Short Circuit Current Rating (SCCR) of up to 100 kA when paired with a maximum 200A Class J fuse, ensuring your power distribution panel safely withstands high-fault current spikes.
