Description
QO® Circuit Breaker Loadcentres, PK7GTA, from Square D® are Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Listed and CSA certified panelboards. They are designed to meet residential, commercial, and industrial requirements to protect electrical systems, equipment, and people.
Features
- The PK7GTA is a genuine Square D grounding bar kit designed to provide a low-resistance path for fault currents directly to the earth. By consolidating your equipment grounds into a single, secure termination point, it ensures your breakers trip instantly during a short circuit, preventing electrical fires and protecting sensitive downstream electronics.
- This kit is engineered specifically for use with QO™ and Homeline™ single-phase load centers, as well as NQ/NQOD panelboards. Because it is a factory-authorized Schneider Electric component, it mounts into pre-drilled holes in the enclosure, eliminating the need for dangerous field modifications or drilling that could void your UL listing.
- Featuring seven individual terminal ports, this bar accommodates a wide range of copper and aluminum conductors, typically accepting wire sizes from 14–4 AWG. This versatility allows you to ground everything from small lighting circuits to larger sub-panel feeds or heavy-duty appliance lines within a single, organized terminal strip.
- Designed with a slim, space-saving profile, the PK7GTA mounts flush against the back of the enclosure to maximize "wire-bending" room. This allows for cleaner cable management and better airflow inside the panel, making it much easier for electricians or DIYers to inspect connections and add new circuits in the future.
