• The Hubbell 8371 (often branded under Hubbell's TradeSelect or Iberville lines) is a 4-inch square, 2-gang industrial surface cover. It is designed to close a standard square junction box while providing mounting points for two separate duplex receptacles, effectively doubling the outlet capacity of a single box
• This cover features two duplex receptacle openings. It is engineered for standard 15A or 20A duplex outlets (the common "figure-eight" shaped outlets). It is the professional choice for adding multiple power points in workshops, garages, or commercial utility rooms where surface-mounted conduit is used.
• The 3/8-inch raise provides a total of 4.6 cubic inches of additional internal volume. This extra space is critical for managing the wire density of two devices-allowing room for the conductors and wire connectors to sit comfortably without being crushed against the back of the box.
• Made from high-quality galvanized steel, the 8371 is highly resistant to corrosion and mechanical impact.
