- The Hubbell 8371 (often branded under Hubbell's TradeSelect or Iberville lines) is a 4-inch square, 2-gang industrial surface cover. It is designed to close a standard square junction box while providing mounting points for two separate duplex receptacles, effectively doubling the outlet capacity of a single box
- This cover features two duplex receptacle openings. It is engineered for standard 15A or 20A duplex outlets (the common "figure-eight" shaped outlets). It is the professional choice for adding multiple power points in workshops, garages, or commercial utility rooms where surface-mounted conduit is used.
- The 3/8-inch raise provides a total of 4.6 cubic inches of additional internal volume. This extra space is critical for managing the wire density of two devices—allowing room for the conductors and wire connectors to sit comfortably without being crushed against the back of the box.
- Made from high-quality galvanized steel, the 8371 is highly resistant to corrosion and mechanical impact.
