Description
This Harmony plastic blanking plug is compatible with Harmony XB4, XB5 and XB7 pushbuttons with flush push. This plastic blanking plugis designed as an option to fit with your pushbutton units when no function is needed for machine to operate. It is compatible with standard 22mm XB4, XB5 and XB7 control and signaling units. It has a plastic bezel, this makes it ideal for applications requiring good resistance to chemical agents and/or double electrical insulation. It is designed to fit with a standard 22mm control and signaling units, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery.

Specifically, this component is a blanking plug designed to seal unutilized or empty circular cutouts on control station enclosures, console panels, and machinery faceplates. It provides an immediate mechanical solution for safely closing open holes left behind by relocated or decommissioned pushbuttons, pilot lights, and selector switches.
- this blanking plug maintains the stringent environmental seals required in demanding industrial facilities. When properly tightened against a smooth panel faceplate, it preserves the integrity of the underlying enclosure up to IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K ratings, alongside matching NEMA 4X, and NEMA 13 parameters. This level of sealing prevents airborne dust, oil mist, synthetic cutting fluids, and close-range, high-temperature washdown spray from penetrating the cabinet interior and compromising sensitive internal automation electronics.
- The plug is manufactured from a high-grade, double-insulated plastic composite material designed to resist atmospheric corrosion, chemical exposure, and intense mechanical vibration. The outer face features a standard black color profile that coordinates seamlessly with the standard bezels of the Harmony XB5 series. This uniform appearance ensures that modified control stations retain a neat, professional look rather than appearing neglected or incomplete.

The assembly includes a dedicated plastic locking nut or collar that threads tightly onto the rear barrel of the plug from behind the panel surface.
