Harmony 22 mm modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights are designed for industry. This range combines simplicity of setup, flexibility and a robust construction. An ingenious locking system consisting of a snap fit head and body that can be tightened with a single screw but still ensuring an easy and yet secure mounting. Harmony XB4/ZB4 are 22 mm chromium plated metal modular push buttons, selector switches and pilot lights connecting to fully metal mounting collar. The operators can be purchased as complete operators or various modules that can be assembled to meet the user’s specific requirement. Harmony XB5/ZB5 are 22 mm plastic modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights. The operator can have a round and square plastic bezel. The contacts can be used for low load electrical contact and high power applications. Shake proof connection screws make periodic retightening unnecessary. A complete set of accessories to provide a solution for applications where exposure to high pressure cleaning, dust and extreme temperatures is an everyday occurrence. These harmony 22mm push buttons are used by machine manufacturers (automotive, textiles, timber) and control system panel builders. Certified and approved for meeting requirements throughout all continents: EN/IEC, UL, NEMA, CSA, CCC, Gost, JIS and many more. They have UL and CE markings and have ratings up to IP66 and IP69K.

Features

The Schneider ZB5AZ009 is a specialized mounting component from the Harmony XB5 22mm plastic push-button range. It serves as the essential "bridge" that connects the front-facing operator (like a push-button head, selector switch, or pilot light) to the internal electrical contact blocks or light modules inside the control panel.
The ZB5 range is manufactured from a high-strength dark grey plastic (polyamide). This makes the ZB5AZ009 ideal for environments where chemical resistance is required or where a double-insulated (Class II) installation is preferred. Unlike the ZB4 metal series, this plastic collar will not corrode in damp or salty atmospheres.
This collar is designed for the industry-standard 22mm hole. It is compatible with all Harmony XB5 plastic operators. You simply snap the operator head into the front of the collar and then snap your N/O or N/C contact blocks (ZBE series) onto the back.
One of the primary advantages of the ZB5AZ009 is its tool-free snap-fit system. It features a small locking lever. Once the operator is through the panel and seated in the collar, you simply flip the lever to lock the assembly rigidly in place. This significantly reduces assembly time for large control panels.
This collar is designed to be highly versatile. It can typically accommodate up to 3 contact blocks across its width in a single row, or you can stack them deeper depending on the depth of your enclosure. It also serves as the mounting base for the ZBV series light blocks for illuminated buttons.
