• The Schneider ZB5AZ009TQ is the same essential mounting component as the standard ZB5AZ009 a high-strength plastic collar used to connect Harmony XB5 (22mm) operator heads to electrical contact blocks. The "TQ" suffix specifically designates a "Test Quantity" or Bulk Pack of 10 units, designed for high-volume panel builders and OEMs.
• Built from dark grey polyamide, this collar is highly resistant to chemical corrosion and provides electrical insulation. It is the core of the plastic XB5 range, making it ideal for environments like food processing, water treatment, or marine applications where metal components might rust or corrode.
• Instead of 10 individual bags and boxes, you get 10 collars in a single package, significantly reducing cardboard and plastic waste on the shop floor. Efficiency: For large-scale projects, technicians can pull multiple collars from one box quickly, speeding up the assembly of large control consoles.
