Description
Mersen Class H, K and R fuse blocks accommodate all Class H, K and R 250 and 600V power fuses. A choice of screw, pressure plate, box and special order stud connectors fit a wide range of stranded or solid copper or aluminum wire. Insulators are either molded glass-filled polycarbonate (GFPC) or phenolic with verified dielectric strength in excess of 2500V. 30, 60 and 100A fuse blocks feature a unique adder block which can be snapped onto 1-, 2- or 3-pole blocks to form multipole segmented blocks of as many poles as desired. All fuse clips are made of high conductivity tinplated copper, with a choice of spring reinforced or nonspring reinforced clips in 30A and 60A. Clips 100A and above are spring reinforced.

- This open-style fuse block is custom-designed to accept standard Class H and Class K fuses rated up to 30 Amps, such as Mersen OT, RF, A2Y, OTN, CRN, and NRN series models. It provides a highly stable mechanical base for your circuit layouts, ensuring a secure fit that keeps your fuses firmly seated even under constant machine vibrations.
- This 1-pole block safely handles a maximum of 30 Amps at 250V AC or DC. It features a Short Circuit Current Rating (SCCR) up to 50kA when paired with Class K current-limiting fuses, providing critical, localized fault management to shield downstream control transformers, solenoids, and electronic power supplies.
- Molded from high-impact, glass-filled polycarbonate (GFPC), the block insulator provides exceptional structural rigidity and verified dielectric strength exceeding 2500V.
