Description
Mersen midget fuse blocks accommodate all 30 ampere 1-1/2” x 13/32” midget fuses. Class CC fuse blocks accommodate all 30 ampere Class CC fuses. A choice of box, screw, or pressure-plate connectors fit a wide range of stranded or solid copper wire. Insulators are glassfilled polycarbonate (GFPC) with verified dielectric strength in excess of 2500V. Fuse blocks feature a unique adder block which can be snapped onto 1-, 2- or 3-pole blocks to form multi-pole segmented blocks of as many poles as desired. All fuse clips are made of high conductivity tin-plated copper alloy.

- Built with a versatile, interlocking modular design, this fuse block can be seamlessly snapped together into 1-, 2-, or 3-pole configurations—or expanded into multi-pole adder blocks using a single part number. This eliminates the need to inventory multiple separate pole assemblies, reducing overhead costs and giving panel builders the ultimate flexibility to configure custom layouts right on the factory floor.
- Designed exclusively with physical rejection tabs, this holder accepts only high-capacity Class CC fuses (such as Mersen ATDR, ATMR, or ATQR) while rejecting standard midget-style fuses. This physical failsafe ensures maintenance teams cannot accidentally replace a high-interrupting branch-circuit fuse with an inadequate alternative, protecting personnel from arc-flash hazards and keeping the panel strictly code-compliant.
- Rated for up to 600VAC/VDC and 30 Amps, this block provides robust isolation for demanding industrial machinery. It boasts a high 200kA Short-Circuit Current Rating (SCCR) when paired with matching Class CC fuses, safely containing massive fault currents before they reach and destroy sensitive downstream components or PLC modules.
- his dual-termination style provides exceptionally tight, low-resistance connections (rated for 20 in-lbs of torque) that survive the constant vibration of industrial environments while speeding up point-to-point panel wiring.
- Molded from premium glass-filled polycarbonate with a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, the housing offers superior dielectric strength and retains its structural integrity in ambient temperatures up to 125°C. This prevents the block from warping, cracking, or tracking over time under high thermal loads, ensuring a reliable service life inside tightly packed enclosures.
