Description
Mersen midget fuse blocks accommodate all 30 ampere 1-1/2” x 13/32” midget fuses. Class CC fuse blocks accommodate all 30 ampere Class CC fuses. A choice of box, screw, or pressure-plate connectors fit a wide range of stranded or solid copper wire. Insulators are glassfilled polycarbonate (GFPC) with verified dielectric strength in excess of 2500V. Fuse blocks feature a unique adder block which can be snapped onto 1-, 2- or 3-pole blocks to form multi-pole segmented blocks of as many poles as desired. All fuse clips are made of high conductivity tin-plated copper alloy.

- Outfitted with a specialized mechanical rejection feature, this 30-amp block is purpose-built exclusively for Class CC fuses (such as ATDR, ATMR, and ATQR series). This safety mechanism physically prevents the hazardous insertion of standard midget fuses, ensuring your control loops maintain their designated branch-circuit rating and a 200 kA short-circuit current rating (SCCR).
- Featuring a versatile pressure plate terminal rated for 14 to 10 AWG solid or stranded copper wire, the block simultaneously provides integrated double 1/4-in quick-connect terminals. This dual-termination engineering gives commercial panel builders the speed to snap on quick-connect control runs while securing high-amp utility lines under the same footprint, drastically reducing cabinet assembly times.
- Molded from premium glass-filled polycarbonate (GFPC), the open-style insulator base boasts an exceptional dielectric strength verified in excess of 2500V. This highly resilient material easily withstands extreme operational temperatures up to 125°C without cracking, warping, or becoming brittle, protecting personnel from short-circuit tracking hazards in punishing enclosures
- Engineered with high-conductivity, tin-plated copper alloy clips equipped with protective steel reinforcement bands, this block maintains a resilient mechanical grip over years of use. This heavy-duty clamping force eliminates localized hot spots, tracking, and contact relaxation caused by industrial machine vibration, vastly extending the lifespan of both your fuse and surrounding panel wiring.
