Description
Mersen midget fuse blocks accommodate all 30 ampere 1-1/2” x 13/32” midget fuses. Class CC fuse blocks accommodate all 30 ampere Class CC fuses. A choice of box, screw, or pressure-plate connectors fit a wide range of stranded or solid copper wire. Insulators are glassfilled polycarbonate (GFPC) with verified dielectric strength in excess of 2500V. Fuse blocks feature a unique adder block which can be snapped onto 1-, 2- or 3-pole blocks to form multi-pole segmented blocks of as many poles as desired. All fuse clips are made of high conductivity tin-plated copper alloy.

- Built specifically to accommodate standard 10x38mm (1-1/2" x 13/32") Midget-class supplemental fuses, this block ensures an exact physical fit with zero terminal slip. It is natively compatible with industry-standard Mersen series like ATQ, ATM, TRM, and OTM, eliminating comparison confusion and saving valuable diagnostic time during field integration.
- Rated for up to 30 Amps at 600VAC/VDC, this robust block handles high-capacity sub-panels and motor control circuits without breaking a sweat. It delivers a short-circuit current rating (SCCR) up to 100kA depending on your selected fuse, protecting sensitive downstream PLCs and automation equipment from costly overcurrent damage.
- Equipped with high-conductivity, tin-plated copper alloy pressure plates alongside double quick-connect terminals, this block accepts 14 to 10 AWG solid or stranded copper wire. The multi-option terminal setup allows for rapid crimp-on or bare-wire terminations, while the uniform torque rating of 20 in-lbs ensures a vibration-resistant, low-resistance electrical pathway over long operational lifecycles.
- The base is molded from premium, glass-filled polycarbonate (GFPC) insulation capable of withstanding extreme thermal environments up to 125°C. This industrial-grade material features a verified dielectric strength exceeding 2500V, providing structural rigidity and reliable phase isolation to mitigate the risk of flashovers in tightly packed enclosures.
