    Description

    Altivar 71 Variable Frequency Drives are for constant torque applications from 1 to 700 HP. For the latest in high performance drives for heavy duty applications consider using an Altivar Process ATV900 family drive. Its protection index is IP54. This terminal is used to locate the Human-Machine Interface of the Altivar drive remotely on the door of an enclosure. Its maximum operating temperature is 50 °C. It provides a pixel resolution of 240 x 160 pixels. It weighs 180g. It is used to control, adjust and configure the drive, display the current values (motor, input/output values, etc), save and download configurations, 4 configuration files can be saved. A remote-mounting cordset VW3A1104Rxx is also required, to be ordered separately.

    • The Schneider Electric VW3A1101 is engineered for seamless plug-and-play integration across a broad range of Altivar variable speed drives, including the Altivar 212, 312, 32, 61, and 71 series, as well as modern ATV320 machine drives. This universal series compatibility means you can stock a single backup remote display terminal to service and program multiple drive models across your facility floor, significantly minimizing replacement overhead and inventory complexity.
    • This graphic display module is purpose-built for external panel mount applications on the door of an enclosure, pulling control away from hazardous or tight interior environments. This eliminates the need for maintenance technicians to open the main electrical cabinet and expose themselves to high-voltage risks just to modify drive parameters, perform routine diagnostics, or check input/output status.
    • Featuring a robust IP54 protection index, this terminal keypad is thoroughly sealed against dust ingress and water splashes, making it highly reliable for demanding manufacturing plants, processing facilities, and HVAC systems. With a resilient operating temperature range spanning from -15 C to 50 C, the unit resists early degradation and screen failure caused by ambient heat or unconditioned automation environments.
    • Designed with a high-visibility 240 x 160-pixel resolution, the LCD screen supports an 8-line message display capability that details plain-text system performance data and precise motor fault indicators. Operators no longer have to decipher cryptic four-character LED fault codes or flip through technical manuals during critical production stops, accelerating troubleshooting times and reducing overall facility downtime.
