- This VFD supports high-performance open-loop and closed-loop control for both asynchronous and synchronous motors, providing exceptional torque ripple reduction and speed accuracy. By optimizing motor performance for demanding applications like conveyors, packaging, or material handling, you achieve smoother operation, reduced mechanical wear, and increased throughput for your production line.
- The ATV320 comes standard with five integrated safety functions, including Safe Torque Off (STO), Safe Stop 1 (SS1), and Safely-Limited Speed (SLS). This "Safety by Design" approach eliminates the need for external safety relays and complex wiring, drastically lowering your total system cost while ensuring your machinery remains fully compliant with global EN/ISO 13849-1 safety standards.
- Featuring built-in Modbus and CANopen protocols as standard, this drive offers seamless communication with Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure architecture and third-party PLC systems. The integrated logic controller (ATV Logic) allows for basic programming of specific application functions directly within the drive, reducing the load on your main controller and simplifying complex automation sequences.
