Description

30mm push button range is robust and offers long term reliability in heavy duty industrial applications and extreme environments. The 9001K operator have a metal operator base and the 9001SK operators have a plastic base. This very broad line of push button operators includes push buttons, emergency stop mushroom head push buttons, selector switches, key operated switches, and operators with potentiometers. Also includes pilot lights (LED, incandescent and neon), joystick controllers, wobble stick operators, and operators with multiple functions. These operators can be purchased as complete operators or as subassemblies that can be assembled by the user to meet specific requirements. The 9001 K metal 30mm push buttons are automatic selfgrounding operators requiring no additional wiring and are ABS Certified. Contact blocks have terminal screw shipped back out to speed wiring and has a very large variety of accessories. Some operators have super bright LEDs for high visibility. These operators are IP 66, NEMA 4 rated (heavy duty, oil tight, water proof and dust tight without requiring boots). The 9001SK operators are also NEMA 4X corrosion resistant. The 9001K and 9001SK 30mm push button operators conforms to IEC, UL, CSA, EN and NOM standards. They are CE marked. 30mm Push Buttons are used in the automotive, machine tool, crane and hoist, food and beverage, industrial applications, material handling, petrochemical, wastewater treatment, metallurgy and many more industries.

Features

Engineered as a direct-fit light block for the heavy-duty 30mm Harmony 9001K and 9001SK metal operator series, this component allows industrial panel builders to seamlessly add bright visual illumination to non-lighted pushbuttons, selector switches, and pilot lights. It locks firmly into position behind the main operator head, providing high-reliability status signaling without requiring you to replace your entire control assembly.
Built to operate on a direct, full-voltage electrical configuration, this light block accepts a standard 120V AC input supply at 50/60 Hz without needing an integrated step-down transformer. This simplified internal wiring schematic reduces thermal load generation inside your control cabinet and cuts installation costs by hooking directly into common 120V industrial auxiliary power circuits and PLC outputs.
Designed with a standard BA 9s miniature bayonet base, this versatile light module accepts both traditional incandescent bulbs and modern, high-efficiency LED lamps. This interchangeable socket structure allows maintenance electricians to swap out blown lamps or quickly change field signaling colors in seconds from the back of the panel, avoiding the expense of purchasing completely new, sealed electronic blocks.
Boasting a robust, enclosed polymer housing that satisfies strict UL 508, and CSA C22.2 No 14 standards, this industrial block maintains the integrity of your panel's environmental ratings when paired with 9001K control heads. It effectively shrugs off severe ambient vibration, airborne particulate dust, and oil mist, ensuring uninterrupted diagnostic telemetry in demanding automotive assembly, chemical processing, and mining environments.
