This product is part of the ATEX D Standard range, an offer of limit switches for explosive atmospheres. The limit switch is a device that converts a mechanical motion into an electrical control signal. It has 2 normally closed + 1 normally opened, snap action contacts with positive opening operation. It is a limit switch with a conventional enclosed thermal current of 6A and a rated insulation voltage of 300V. It is furnished with screw clamp terminals for electrical connection.It is an IP66 and IP67 rated product. It has a spring return plunger metal, switch actuation on end and supports vertical approach, 1 direction. Its mechanical durability is about 15 million operating cycles and electrical durability is 5 million operating cycles. This plunger head limit switch is made of Zamak. Its dimensions are 31mm (Width) x 30mm (Depth) x 65mm (Height). It is intended used for certified explosive hazardous dust location applications. This product is certified by INERIS 04ATEX0014X and IEC-Ex INE 17.0020X. It meets EN/IEC 60079-31 and EN/IEC 60079-0 standards.
