Description
Specially developed for DC applications, 20x127 gR cylindrical is a fast acting, full range fuse used in the protection of auxiliaries, control circuit and other measuring and monitoring devices.
Features
- Operating as an extremely fast-acting, full-range gR class semiconductor fuse, this unit limits clearing energy to a minimal I^2t thermal let-through threshold. This high-speed response clears both low-level overloads and massive short-circuits instantly, isolating faults before they can damage costly rectifiers, thyristors, or solid-state variable speed drive components.
- Specifically engineered and factory-tested for heavy-duty DC applications, this 32-amp fuse safely clears faults on systems operating up to 1000V DC. It provides dependable circuit protection for specialized monitoring instrumentation, railway auxiliaries, and industrial control loops where standard AC-rated fuses fail to extinguish harsh continuous DC arcs.
- Built with an internal mechanical striker mechanism, the fuse physically deploys a visual indicator pin upon activation.
