Description

This Harmony XB4, light block with body/fixing collar isoperates with BA9s bulb. It has 1 x NO + 1 x NC contacts and a metal body and is compatible with Harmony XB4 pilot lights. This light block allows fast and easy replacement and configuration of your signaling units. It is easily installed and replaced on compatible illuminated push button or selector switch units via clip together assembly and connected with simple screw-clamp connections. It enables visual distinction of signaling units via illumination by connected with BA9s bulb. It protects operators from unexpected contact with live circuits thanks to its IP20 protection index. It is designed to fit with a standard 22mm control and signaling units, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 55°C allows versatility in usage of product.

Features

Equipped with a 1 NO + 1 NC (Normally Open and Normally Closed) dual-contact block, this configuration allows you to simultaneously trigger a system function while cutting a safe path or sending a feedback loop. The standard slow-break silver alloy (Ag/Ni) contacts ensure dependable, stable switching over a massive lifespan of 5,000,000 mechanical operating cycles.
Designed with an integrated BA9s base lamp socket rated up to 250V, this component allows you to select your own standard incandescent, neon, or energy-efficient universal LED bulb. This open-source lighting approach eliminates the constraint of proprietary, built-in light sources, providing a highly cost-effective way to customize indicator brightness and color matching.
The unit utilizes a rugged Zamak metal body fixing collar featuring an optimized clip-together sub-assembly mechanism. This allows maintenance technicians to mount the head operator quickly, while the heavy-duty screw-clamp terminal connections accommodate standard flat, Philips, or Pozidriv screwdrivers for immediate, wire-and-tighten electrical connection.
