    Description

    TeSys Deca kit for reversing contactors assembly, for 3-pole contactors LC1D09-D38. For assembling 2 identical contactors horizontally mounted, connection by screw clamp terminals. It contains a mechanical interlock LAD9V2, an electrical interlocking LAD9V1, a set of 3 parallel bars LAD9V5, a set of 3 reverser bars LAD9V6. It conforms to RoHS/REACh regulation.

    Features

    • The LAD9R1V is a specialized assembly kit used to join two identical 3-pole TeSys Deca (formerly TeSys D) contactors to create a complete reversing motor starter. It provides the mechanical and electrical components necessary to switch a motor between "Forward" and "Reverse" directions safely and efficiently.
    • This kit is specifically designed for the mid-range of the TeSys Deca family, covering LC1D09 through LC1D38 contactors (9A to 38A). It is compatible with units that feature screw clamp terminals, ensuring a standardized fit for the most common motor starter configurations in Canadian industrial panels.
    • The kit includes both a mechanical interlock (LAD9V2) and an electrical interlock (LAD9V1). This dual-protection system is a safety requirement; the mechanical unit physically prevents both contactors from closing at the same time, while the electrical wiring ensures the coil of one cannot be energized if the other is active. This prevents catastrophic phase-to-phase short circuits.
    • To save you significant time and wire, the LAD9R1V includes: Parallel bars (LAD9V5): To connect the line-side (input) phases together. , Reverser bars (LAD9V6): To swap two of the three phases on the load-side (output), which is what physically reverses the motor's rotation.
    • The kit is designed for horizontal mounting, meaning the two contactors sit side-by-side on a standard 35mm DIN rail. The resulting assembly is compact and professionally organized, maintaining a clean look inside your control enclosure and allowing for easy heat dissipation.
