This wireless and battery-less limit switch is part of the XCMW range, an offer with a miniature design. They transmit data to the logic processing system regarding presence, absence, passing, positioning and end of travel. This ready-to-use pack makes it easier to install XCMW limit switches. The limit switch with thermoplastic roller lever (transmitter) and the receiver included in this pack are factory-paired. No wiring is required between the limit switch and the receiver, for a faster installation. The limit switch included in this pack reaches a sensing distance of 100m in free field, 300m with an external antenna and 25m in industrial environment. The configurable receiver of this pack has 4 PNP outputs, 2 buttons (teach and parameter setting), and 6 LED indicators (power ON, function modes, output status, signal strength). This limit switch dimensions are 30mm (width) x 16mm (depth) x 108mm (height). It weighs 0.082kg. The programmable receiver dimensions are 36mm (width) x 75mm (depth) x 108mm (height). It weighs 0.13kg. The wireless limit micro switch included in this pack is suitable for automatic doors, expandable conveyors, wheel chocks for trucks, rotary machines and turntables. This ready-to-use pack includes one plastic limit switch with thermoplastic roller lever and one receiver with 2 relay outputs. The limit switch of this pack features 2 holes Ø 4.2mm (Ø 0.17inches) for screw fixing. The receiver can be set on a 35 mm symmetrical DIN rail or a mounting plate. No wiring is needed between the limit switch and the receiver.
