Description
This standalone smart antenna is part of the XG range, an offer of RFID readers and tags. RFID, Radio Frequency Identification, refers to radio frequency identification systems, 13.56 MHz. It is mounted on a panel through a standard diameter 22mm hole and manually tightened to secure in place using a single locking nut. The locking nut is supplied with the smart antenna. This smart antenna, with a PNP discrete output, directly controls a relay or a contactor. Depending on the associated tags, its sensing distance is 20mm to 70mm. Its degree of protection is IP65. This antenna operates at ambient air temperature from -40°C to +70°C. It features a compact format of 40mm x 40mm x 40mm, and a M12 connector for the power supply. This smart antenna, with its sleek, clean design with no screws on the front face, is intended for use in industrial environments, particularly in cleaning applications in the medical and food and beverage sectors It complies with EN 301489-1, EN 301489-3, EN 300330-1 and EN 300330-2 standards, and CE, cULus, IC, FCC part 15 certifications. Dedicated electronic tags and accessories, such as network T-connectors and M12 cables, to be ordered separately, are available to facilitate daisy-chain connections.
