Features
- This Harmony protection accessory features an integrated flyback diode designed to absorb destructive back-EMF voltage spikes generated when a relay coil is de-energized. By clamping transient voltage instantly at the source, it keeps high-voltage noise from feeding back into control loops, safeguarding sensitive PLC digital outputs and solid-state drivers from electronic degradation or immediate hardware failure.
- Engineered for optimal industrial versatility, the module supports a wide continuous control circuit voltage range from 6V to 250V DC.
- This plug-in accessory features native physical and electrical compatibility with Schneider Electric’s standard Harmony RPZ (1 C/O, 2 C/O) and RXZ (2 C/O, 3 C/O, 4 C/O) relay sockets. It slides directly into the dedicated protection slot on the socket base, creating an instantaneous parallel link across the coil terminals without requiring extra jumper wires or manual splicing.
- This module is engineered to provide precise transient suppression for both Zelio/Harmony RPM and RXM miniature industrial plug-in relays. It ensures that regardless of whether your panel utilizes a high-capacity power relay or a high-density multi-pole signal switcher, the underlying electromagnetic coil is fully stabilized against inductive decay.
