Description

Square D Meter Centres provide a compact and versatile metering and distribution centre for today's residential, commercial, and industrial markets. This Square D Meter Centre tap box is 3 phase, 4 wire 347/600VAC 1200A with a 50kA short circuit current rating. The 1200A rated vertical bus bar comes factory installed. Four lugs come factory installed and accept (3) 4 AWG to 750kcmil or (4) 4 AWG to 600kcmil or (8) 4 AWG to 250kcmil conductors. It is a main tap box and is suitable for underground or overhead service and as a subfeed device or branch tap box. This tap box meets CSA standards and is a steel NEMA Type 1 grey baked enamel enclosure.
