Description
This Harmony XB5, plain lens illuminated white flush head for integral LED operates with a spring return / impulse mechanism. This illuminated button head for integral LED provides a versatile interface for controlling your machines. It is easily installed and replaced on compatible complete push-button units and contact blocks via snap-fit assembly. It is clearly distinguishable visually at a distance thanks to illuminated, clear color and by touch due to flush element, minimizing errors in machine control. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66. It has a plastic bezel, this makes it ideal for applications requiring good resistance to chemical agents and/or double electrical insulation. It is designed to fit in a standard 22mm cutout, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product. It provides high brightness for easy identification of function and operation mode, even in brightly lit environments.
Features
- As a modular configurable switch body, this white flush head requires a standard ZB5AZ fixing collar/contact block and a ZBV integral LED light block to become fully functional. This component-level flexibility allows automation engineers to customize electrical contact configurations (such as standard, low-current, or high-power switching) using a single, cost-effective pilot device framework.
- This illuminated operator features a white plain lens designed specifically for use with a universal, high-brightness integral LED block. This optimized illumination configuration ensures vibrant status indication that remains highly visible even in brightly lit manufacturing facilities, helping operators confirm machine status or system resets at a glance.
- Featuring elite IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K ingress ratings, along with NEMA 4X and NEMA 13 enclosure certifications, this operator withstands high-pressure washdowns up to 1015.3 psi (7,000,000 Pa) at 131°F (55°C). It provides superior chemical robustness against cleaning solvents, cutting oils, and detergents, making it ideal for harsh food and beverage processing, marine applications, or wastewater treatment plants.
- Built for extreme heavy-duty industrial applications, the spring-return (momentary) mechanism boasts a mechanical durability rating of 10,000,000 cycles.
