This Harmony XB4, plain lens illuminated flush green button head for universal LED operates with a spring return / impulse mechanism. This illuminated button head for universal LED provides a versatile interface for controlling your machines. It is easily installed and replaced on compatible complete push button units and contact blocks via snap-fit assembly. It is clearly distinguishable visually at a distance thanks to illuminated, clear color and by touch due to flush element, minimizing errors in machine control. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66. It has a metal bezel, this makes it Ideal for applications requiring high impact and vibration resistance. It is designed to fit in a standard 22mm cutout, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product. It provides high brightness for easy identification of function and operation mode, even in brightly lit environments. Certified and approved for meeting requirements throughout all continents: EN/IEC, UL, NEMA, CSA, CCC, Gost, JIS and many more. They have UL and CE markings and have ratings up to IP66 and IP69K.

The ZB4BW333 is a 22mm "Harmony XB4" illuminated momentary pushbutton head featuring a flush green lens. This modular front-end component is designed to be paired with a mounting collar and an LED contact block to create a complete, light-up "Start" or "Go" command switch for industrial machinery.
In accordance with international IEC 60204-1 standards, a green pushbutton typically indicates "Start," "On," or "Safe Operation." The flush profile prevents accidental activation from side impacts, while the integrated illumination ensures the operator can clearly identify the machine's status even in low-light or high-glare factory environments.
As part of the Harmony XB4 metal range, this head features a Chromium-plated metal bezel. This robust construction provides superior impact resistance and protection against chemical corrosion compared to plastic alternatives, making it the industry standard for automotive, mining, and heavy manufacturing panels.
The ZB4BW333 is engineered for extreme durability, carrying IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K ratings. It is also NEMA 4, 4X, and 13 rated, meaning it can withstand high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns and remain fully functional in environments saturated with water, dust, oils, or coolants.
This head is designed to fit a standard 22.5mm diameter hole, the global standard for control stations.
