Schneider Electric SQWP141003BK X Series 3 Gang Screwless Wall Plate Matte Black 162 mm Width

Description

Features

• Part of the premium Square D X Series, this 3-gang cover frame utilizes a snap-on, screwless front face that completely hides raw mounting hardware and prevents uneven gaps against the drywall. The result is a flush, high-end profile with a rich matte black finish that instantly modernizes standard triple-gang light switch setups.
• Designed for tool-free convenience, this plate uses an innovative two-piece system featuring a secure inner sub-plate that screws directly onto your wiring devices. Once the sub-plate is in place, the outer decorative plate simply clicks firmly over the top, drastically cutting down on assembly time for residential renovations or commercial space build-outs.
• This robust plate is engineered to flex without cracking or warping during high-impact use. Its painted matte surface treatment is treated to hide smudges and oily fingerprints, while the flush-facing design eliminates deep dust crevices so it can be wiped down quickly with standard household cleaners.
• The plate features an intuitive removal mechanism equipped with an accessible tool lip at the bottom edge of the frame. By inserting a standard small tool, you can pop the outer cover off the hidden sub-plate instantly, allowing you to paint walls, change out device styles, or inspect wiring without scuffing the surrounding plaster.
• Fully compliant with the rigorous UL 514D standard and carrying official cULus certification, this cover frame guarantees a code-compliant insulated barrier over open, energized electrical gang boxes. Additionally, the unit is RoHS compliant and mercury-free, meeting strict green building and sustainable building project guidelines.
