- The Mersen GGC3 is a 3-Amp, 250V fast-acting glass tube fuse. It is specifically engineered to protect sensitive electronic circuits where even a brief overcurrent could lead to permanent damage. By blowing instantly when the current exceeds its rating, it acts as the primary safety barrier for control boards, power supplies, and small appliances across Canada.
- With a 250V AC rating, this fuse is suitable for both standard 120V residential electronics and 240V commercial/industrial control circuits. It features a dual interrupting rating: 200 Amps at 250V AC 10,000 Amps (10kA) at 125V AC This ensures that in a typical Canadian household or office setting, the fuse can safely clear a short circuit without shattering the glass body.
- The clear glass construction allows for visual inspection—a major benefit for field technicians and homeowners.
