Features
- Cover o-ring supplied as standard for Type 4X and IP66 applications.
- Available in 4 configurations C, L, T & X with either 1/2” to 1-1/2” NPT taper threaded hubs providing ground continuity.
- Smooth intregral hub bushing to protect conductor insulation when pulling.
- Also available in M20 through M50 metric sizes.
- External cover threads on the body protecting conductors from damages during pulling.
- No pinching of conductors during cover installation.
- Two terminal block manufacturers to choose from Weidmuller and ABB.
- Three options of terminal blocks to select from.
- One Internal and two external grounding (earthing) screws.
- Lugs on cover permits for easy removal and tightening.
- Box and cover are made of copper free aluminum.
- Electrostatically applied gray powder coating.
- Cover o-ring gasket material, Nitrile.
- Stainless steel tamper-proof locking set screw in cover.
- Small compact, 3-1/2 Dia. round body enclosure with threaded cover. The GEB-TB-EX series is for use in locations that are hazardous, corrosive, wet, hose down, dust, dirty, under both sever hot and cold ambient conditions. They are UL / CSA certified for Class I Groups BCD, Class I Zone 1 & 2 IIB+H2, Class II Groups EFG, Class III, Type 4 & 4X. Also, ATEX, IEC Ex, Ex d IIB+H2 Ex tb IIIC T6…T3 IP66. Available in 4 hub configurations, C, L, T & X with either ½” NPT through 1-1/2” NPT conduit openings or M20 through M50 gland openings. The GEB-TB-EX are made of cast copper-free aluminum (less than 4/10 of 1%), supplied standard with a Nitrile (BUNA-N) O-Ring, internal external ground (earth) screws, stainless steel tamper proof locking set screw and electrostatically applied grey powder paint. Choice of panel or din rail mounted screw clamp terminals.
