Description
This Harmony XB5, flush green button head operates with a spring return mechanism. This button head provides an ergonomic interface for controlling your machines. It is easily installed and replaced on compatible complete push-button units and contact blocks via snap-fit assembly. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66 / IP67 / IP69 / IP69K. It has a plastic bezel, this makes it ideal for applications requiring good resistance to chemical agents and/or double electrical insulation. It is designed to fit in a standard 22mm cutout, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product.

- Designed with a standard 22mm diameter barrel, this operator inserts seamlessly into standard-cut industrial enclosures and control stations. The high-grade, double-insulated plastic bezel offers exceptional resistance to chemical cleaning agents, oils, and corrosion, making it a rugged and cost-effective solution for manufacturing, automotive assembly, and water treatment facilities.
- Featuring a low-profile, flush green profile without pre-printed text or symbols, this operator provides a highly visible, universally understood visual cue for "Start," "Go," or "On" sequences. Its clean surface allows industrial panel designers and OEMs to easily assign custom functions using standard legend plates without creating confusing, redundant markings.
- Engineered with a reliable spring-return mechanical action, this button activates its coupled contact blocks only while physically depressed and snaps back instantly when released. This momentary operation is crucial for sending clean pulse signals to PLCs, triggering motor starters, or controlling precise machinery movements without risking latch-on hazards.
- This item is a standalone push button head that clips effortlessly onto standard Harmony XB5 mounting collars, allowing you to snap on the exact combination of Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC) contact blocks required for your electrical schematic. This modular design dramatically accelerates field assembly and allows maintenance technicians to swap worn contact elements without disconnecting the main button head.
