Description
This red illuminated unit is designed as an accessory to be connected with base and create complete tower light. It is supplied with 24V AC/DC and has a mounting diameter of 60mm. Its integral LED offers a steady light, allowing it to clearly display the status of your machines. In applications such as automotive, machine tool, material handling, packaging, assembly stations, conveyors. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP65. It makes it ideal for operation in harsh environments.

- Outfitted with an ultra-bright, energy-efficient red LED element, this 60mm diameter unit emits a steady, unmistakable light to signal critical faults or automated machine stops. The large optical surface area maximizes peripheral visibility, allowing automation technicians and machine operators to quickly spot system warnings and minimize response times in high-ambient-light industrial environments.
- Designed to operate seamlessly on standard 24V AC or DC control loops, this indicator bank component interfaces directly with standard PLC outputs without demanding intermediate isolation relays. Drawing less than 40mA of current, it minimizes thermal loading inside control cabinets and frees up power supply overhead for other sensitive automation instruments.
- Featuring a fast, tool-free mechanical coupling system, the XVUC24 locks into standard Harmony XVU base units and adjacent color elements with a simple twist-and-click movement. The inner push-in terminal bus automatically passes power and signals up through the stack, allowing maintenance electricians to construct custom configurations of up to 5 elements (or 4 units paired with an audible buzzer) without running extra field wires.
- Built using flame-retardant, high-impact polycarbonate material, this indicator light achieves a rigid IP65 protection rating when correctly stacked. It provides a tight, weatherproof barrier against low-pressure water jets, airborne dust particles, and cooling lubricants, ensuring reliable status tracking on high-speed packaging equipment, automotive assembly stations, and cutting-edge machine tools..
