Description
This Harmony XB4, black head with key (key no.520E) for key selector switch has 2 positions, operates with stay-put mechanism with key withdrawal on left and right position. This head with key provides a versatile interface for controlling your machines. It is easily installed and replaced on compatible complete key selector switch units to provide a secure manner for authorized staff to switch between process or machine operating modes. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66. It has a metal bezel, this makes it Ideal for applications requiring high impact and vibration resistance. It is designed to fit in a standard 22mm cutout, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Secure machine and system operation with a key, only available to authorized operators. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product.
Features
- Equipped with a specialized 520E key lock, this 2-position selector switch prevents unauthorized personnel from altering machine settings or changing operation modes. By restricting system manual overrides exclusively to authorized keyholders, you protect expensive automated equipment from operational errors and maintain strict compliance with plant safety workflows.
- This switch features a stay-put (maintained) 90-degree throw that allows for absolute key withdrawal in any position both left and right. This gives industrial control operators the flexibility to lock a system into a continuous running state or isolate a machine during a shutdown without leaving the key trapped and vulnerable to physical damage.
- Built to survive extreme conditions, this non-illuminated head features comprehensive IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K ratings alongside NEMA 4X and NEMA 13 enclosure protection. It is certified to withstand high-pressure washdown streams up to 1015 psi (7,000,000 Pa) at elevated temperatures, making it a reliable, dust-tight solution for food processing, marine, and heavy industrial environments
