Description
Linergy terminal blocks offer three terminal block technologies. The traditional screw connection, the spring clamp connection, and the new pushin connection. The industrial control, machine tool, packaging, material hadling, HVAC, textile, hoisting, water, marine, critiical power, elevator industries and many more use these terminal blocks for their connection requirements. These terminal blocks are designed for fast and easy installation. A wide variety of accessories are availble for these blocks to make your total installation easier. Linergy terminal blocks meet international standards, including UL Component Recognition and CSA certification. Mounting by clip-on and sideways connection by single-level 1x1 screw terminals. It could be connection and disconnection by screwdriver. It is compatible with spacial enclosures for Prisma G, Prisma P, Pragma, Prisma PH, Prisma Pack, Spacial, Kaedra, TeSys. Sold in lots of 50 units. Ambient air temperature for operation is from -40 to 130 °C conforming to IEC 60216-1 and VDE 0304-T21. Multi standards certified (ATEX, CSA, cURus, DNV, GL, LR, VDE, IEC-Ex, EAC).
Features
- Designed as a standard single-level, pass-through terminal block from the Linergy TR range, this unit features a 1x1 configuration providing 2 distinct connection points. For control panel builders and industrial automation technicians, this layout delivers a clean, high-density electrical distribution junction, simplifying side-by-side terminal expansion without multiplying physical layout clutter.
- Engineered with an extensive insulation barrier, this terminal block is rated for operational ceilings up to 600V under cURus and CSA standards, and up to 1000V matching rigid EN/IEC 60947-7-1 industrial criteria. It carries a continuous line rated current of 30 Amps (cURus/CSA) or 32 Amps (IEC),
- Molded from premium Polyamide 6/6 (Nylon) material carrying a strict UL 94 V0 flame retardancy rating, the housing is engineered to operate across an extreme ambient thermal span from -40 C up to 130 C. This chemical and heat resistance prevents localized surface tracking and mechanical casing brittle-fractures, ensuring long-term signal insulation inside heavily packed Spacial or PrismaSet enclosures.
- Boasting an ultra-slender profile width of just 6.2 mm (0.24 inches), a height of 47.5 mm, and a length of 47.7 mm, this compact block optimizes critical horizontal panel space. The base is engineered with a standard snap-on clip mechanism that locks securely onto 35mm DIN rails, enabling swift grid assembly and firm resistance against physical shift caused by machine vibration.
- Equipped with rugged M3 screw-clamp termination blocks, this unit requires a factory-certified tightening torque specification spanning 5.31 to 7.08 lbf-in (0.6 to 0.8 N-m). For optimal retention, wires must be stripped to a clean 0.35 inches (9 mm), and tightened with a calibrated connection screwdriver to prevent conductor cold-flow deformation and eliminate localized resistance hot spots.
