Description
Schneider Electric's Square D heavy duty safety switch is designed to be tough, reliable and provide exceptional performance in the most grueling conditions. All heavy duty safety switches feature a quick-make, quick-break operating mechanism, a dual cover interlock, and a color coded indicator handle. They also come with many field installable or factory installed accessories. These switches come on fusible or non-fusible configurations and my be padlocked in the ON-OFF positions. This safety switch accessory is a field-installed standard neutral kit for 30-100A double throw safety switches. Terminal data for this assembly is (1) 14-1/0 aluminum or copper. Safety switches are tested per UL98 and NEMA KS1 standards and are UL listed.

- Engineered specifically for seamless integration, this field-installable solid neutral kit is perfectly compatible with Square D by Schneider Electric Series F Heavy Duty Safety Switches. It mounts cleanly into both Double Throw (DT) and Non-Fusible Double Throw (DTU) 2-pole and 3-pole disconnects, eliminating configuration guesswork and preventing costly project delays during fast-paced commercial switch installations.
- It bridges the gap between varying system requirements by supporting a wide operational range from 30 Amp up to a 100 Amp maximum load capacity, giving electrical contractors a single, versatile SKU that minimizes truck-stock inventory.
- Equipped with versatile mechanical lugs, each terminal accepts a wide variety of wire sizes, accommodating 14 AWG to 1/0 AWG for copper conductors and 12 AWG to 10 AWG for aluminum conductors. This broad wire-gauge range simplifies field wiring, provides secure, low-resistance connections, and accommodates standard structural feeder sizes without the hassle of stepping down the conductor.
