Description
This Harmony XB5, plain lens modular white pilot light is supplied with 230V to 240V AC, uses a universal LED and screw clamp terminals. This pilot light, designed to last without maintenance for a bright indication of process and machine operations, is easily installed into standard 22mm diameter cut-outs and connected with simple screw-clamp connections. It is clearly distinguishable visually at a distance thanks to a bright and long lasting LED illumination. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66 / IP67 / IP69 / IP69K, making it ideal for operation in harsh environments. Its plastic bezel makes it ideal for applications requiring good resistance to chemical agents and/or double electrical insulation.
Features
- The Schneider XB5AVM1 features a standard 22 mm mounting diameter, making it fully compatible with existing industry-standard panel cutouts. This modular design allows electrical engineers and panel builders to seamlessly drop it into existing control layouts without the need for custom fabrication or resizing tools.
- Engineered specifically for direct line monitoring, this complete pilot light operates at a rated supply voltage of 230V to 240V AC at 50/60 Hz. This eliminates the need for separate step-down transformers or external power supplies inside the enclosure, saving valuable DIN rail space and streamlining your control circuit wiring.
- Equipped with a high-intensity, steady-signaling universal white LED, this indicator delivers an exceptional service life of up to 100,000 hours when operated at rated voltage. The integrated, long-lasting LED technology significantly reduces maintenance downtime and operational costs compared to traditional incandescent bulbs, while providing bright, unmistakable visual feedback from a distance.
- Built to survive extreme conditions, this pilot light boasts an IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K rating alongside UL Type 4X/13 enclosure compliance. It is proven to resist high-pressure, hot-water washdowns up to 1,015 psi (7,000,000 Pa) at 131 F (55 C), making it the ideal signaling solution for chemical processing plants, food and beverage facilities, and demanding marine applications.
