Description
This Harmony ZB, red light block operates with an integral LED. It is supplied with 24V to 120V AC/DC and uses screw-clamp terminals. It has a plastic body. It is compatible with Harmony XB4 and XB5. This light block allows fast and easy replacement and configuration of your signaling units. It is easily installed and replaced on compatible illuminated push-button or selector switch units via clip together assembly and connected with simple screw-clamp connections. It enables visual distinction of signaling units via illumination by integral LED. It protects operators from unexpected contact with live circuits thanks to its IP20 protection index. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product. Vibration resistant screw clamp connection terminals ensure high vibration resistance making product suitable installation on high impact machine.

- Engineered with a highly adaptable, full-voltage internal driver, this light block operates seamlessly anywhere from 24V to 120V AC or DC. This wide input capability eliminates the need to stock multiple single-voltage modules, protects the internal electronics against common control-loop voltage spikes, and ensures consistent illumination across varying automation network
- Utilizing an integrated, high-intensity red LED, this module delivers crisp, concentrated illumination that cuts through ambient industrial glare and overhead facility lighting. Because the LED is safely embedded within a protected solid-state housing, it provides critical machine-status or emergency-stop visibility without the dimming, color-shifting, or burning out common in older incandescent bulbs.
- This light block features a standard, plug-and-play rear-mounting footprint that snaps directly onto Harmony XB4 (metal) and XB5 (plastic) 22 mm push buttons, selector switches, and illuminated pilot light heads. This universal fit allows panel builders to swap, upgrade, or replace indication components in seconds without removing the primary operator body from the enclosure door.
- Carrying IP20 finger-safe protection and full UL, CSA, and CE approvals, this light block is built to perform safely inside NEMA 4X and IP66/IP69K rated enclosures. It easily withstands continuous industrial vibrations, electromagnetic interference (EMI), and ambient cabinet temperatures up to 70C, ensuring your control panels remain fully code-compliant and operational
