Description
Equipped with a specialized MSB metal stud bracket, this 4-inch square box mounts directly to 2-3/8" and 3-5/8" steel stud depths with a zero-inch setback. The bracket configuration ensures your rough-in crew achieves a perfectly flush, rock-solid installation every time without requiring add-on support brackets or layout measurements.
Features
- The box is engineered with a flexible mix of eleven total knockouts, featuring six standard 1/2" KOs and five precision-cut 1/2" to 3/4" concentric combination KOs distributed across the sides, ends, and bottom. These knockouts remain rigid during transport but break away cleanly when struck, providing a tight mechanical interface that maintains a reliable, low-resistance grounding path for your EMT runs.
- This commercial-grade wall box comes furnished with two factory-installed, raised ground screws positioned to streamline equipment bonding. The raised configuration allows field electricians to quickly wrap and secure solid copper bonding jumpers without struggling against the back of the enclosure, saving valuable time during high-volume commercial installations.
