    Description

    This Harmony XB4, blue button head operates with a spring return mechanism. This button head provides an ergonomic interface for controlling your machines. It is easily installed and replaced on compatible complete push button units and contact blocks via snap-fit assembly. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66 / IP67 / IP69 / IP69K. It has a metal bezel, this makes it Ideal for applications requiring high impact and vibration resistance. It is designed to fit in a standard 22mm cutout, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product.

    Features

    • The ZB4BA6 is a 22mm "Harmony XB4" momentary pushbutton head featuring a flush blue profile. This modular component serves as the operator interface for industrial control panels, designed to be paired with a mounting collar and contact blocks to send "Start," "Reset," or "Manual" commands to machinery.
    • According to international IEC 60204-1 standards, a blue pushbutton is typically used for "mandatory action" or "Reset" functions. The flush design ensures the button is level with the bezel, preventing accidental activation from snagging clothes or side-impacts while maintaining a clean, professional aesthetic for the control station.
    • As part of the Harmony XB4 heavy-duty metal range, this head features a Chromium-plated metal bezel. This construction provides superior mechanical strength and chemical resistance compared to plastic versions, making it the preferred choice for automotive, oil and gas, and heavy manufacturing sectors.
    • The ZB4BA6 is engineered for extreme conditions, boasting IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K ratings. It is also NEMA 4, 4X, and 13 rated, ensuring it remains fully operational even when subjected to high-pressure water jets, dust, oils, and corrosive cleaning agents common in food processing and outdoor applications.
    • Designed to fit a standard 22.5mm diameter hole, this head utilizes a simple "click-fit" locking system when combined with a ZB4BZ009 mounting collar. This modularity allows for rapid assembly and makes it easy to swap out the operator head without disturbing the wiring on the contact blocks located behind the panel.
