Description
This Harmony XB5, plain lens illuminated green flush head for universal LED operates with a spring return / impulse mechanism. This illuminated button head for universal LED provides a versatile interface for controlling your machines. It is easily installed and replaced on compatible complete push-button units and contact blocks via snap-fit assembly. It is clearly distinguishable visually at a distance thanks to illuminated, clear color and by touch due to flush element, minimizing errors in machine control. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66. It has a plastic bezel, this makes it ideal for applications requiring good resistance to chemical agents and/or double electrical insulation. It is designed to fit in a standard 22mm cutout, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product. It provides high brightness for easy identification of function and operation mode, even in brightly lit environments.

- The Harmony XB5 ZB5AW333 is engineered specifically for standard 22mm panel cutouts, ensuring seamless, drop-in compatibility with pre-existing machinery and control stations like the XALD and XALK series. This allows you to swap out worn components instantly without modifying your panel layout or wasting time on custom machining.
- Featuring a robust double-insulated plastic bezel and elite IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K ratings, this illuminated head handles high-pressure water jets up to 7,000,000 Pa at 55 C and resists corrosive chemical agents. This eliminates the risk of internal moisture ingress, corrosion, or electrical shorting in demanding food processing, chemical, and outdoor industrial enclosures.
- Designed for universal integrated LED blocks, the plain green flush lens delivers optimized color intensity and uniform brightness across a wide viewing angle. Operators can instantly distinguish machine running or safe status from a distance, even under high-intensity overhead factory lighting, drastically reducing human error and improving plant floor safety.
- Built for relentless industrial service, this momentary spring-return mechanism boasts a mechanical durability of up to 10,000,000 cycles. It drastically prevents premature mechanical wear and costly production downtime in high-frequency machine tool, packaging, and automotive assembly line applications.
